ORDER PROCESSING:
 
We normally take between 24 to 48 hours within your order date to process your credit card and before the item is shipped by your chosen Shipping Method.
 
SHIPPING POLICY:
 
All shipping is provided via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. We require a signature for all deliveries
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. Your delivery address must be a street address where you can sign for item.
 
Currently, we only ship to the United States. If you need an international shipments, including Canada, please call us at 310-657-2858 ext 40.

SHIPPING METHODS:
 
Ground:
(UPS usually delivers within 5-7 business days.)
 
Express:
(UPS usually delivers within 2-3 business days.)

Overnight:
(UPS usually delivers within 1 business day.)
 
Please note that in some cases it may be longer for UPS to make the delivery; we do not control the package once it leaves the SHOPLASC.com warehouses.
 
UPS does not deliver on the weekend or federal holidays.
 
UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and after the third attempt the package is returned to our warehouse.
In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.
